How long does it take for me to get my products?

Packages are generally dispatched within five working days after the order and payment has been received and are shipped via selected courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you the tracking code via your registered e-mail.

Furthermore, delivery will only be performed on working days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note that any import duties will be borne by the customer, with the amount varies according to the import tax regulation in the countries the recipient resides in.
