We want you to love every Lazy Pajamas piece. This section explains our return and exchange guidelines, including eligibility, timelines, and steps to begin a return request — so you can shop with peace of mind.
What are the return policies that apply?
- Return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the shipment arrival date (this applies to domestic and international orders).
- Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
- Sale items or discounted orders—including those using promo codes, sale pricing, or loyalty points—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Underwear category are non-returnable.
- Video proof must be provided for complaints.
- All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
- Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
